THIS RESEARCH GRANT AGREEMENT ("Agreement"), made and entered into as of this _____ day of ________ 20___, by and between the Institute for Analytical Philately, Inc., a Nonprofit Nevada Corporation, (hereinafter “IAP”) and (hereinafter “Researcher”).
