This Data Processing Agreement and its attached Annexes (“DPA”) supplements and forms part of the Densify Customer Subscription and Evaluation Agreement (“Agreement”) available at https://www.densify.com/legal/terms-conditions as updated from time to time, between you (“Customer”) and Cirba Inc. d/b/a Densify (“Supplier”) (together, the “Parties” and each, a “Party”), when the GDPR or other applicable Data Protection Laws applies to Customer’s use of the Densify Subscription Offering services more particularly described in the Agreement (the “Services”) to process Customer Personal Data.
