This Intergovernmental Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into among the City of Mesa (“Mesa”), the Town of Gilbert (“Gilbert”), the City of Scottsdale (“Scottsdale”) and the City of Tempe (“Tempe”), Arizona this day of , 2012.
