This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is entered as of the date of the last signature to this Agreement (“Effective Date”), by and between WICHITA STATE UNIVERSITY, a state educational institution of Kansas, 1845 Fairmount, Wichita, Kansas 67260 (hereinafter “WSU” or “University”) and KEVIN SAAL (hereinafter “Athletics Director”), referred individually as “party” and collectively as “parties.”
