In exercise of the rights and power conferred upon the Assignee under the Facilities Agreement and Deed of Assignment (First Party Assignment) both dated 28th December 2018, entered between the Assignee and the said Assignor/Borrower and in respect of the Sale and Purchase Agreement between Assignor and Utuh Sejagat Sdn Bhd (“the Developer”) dated 08th August 2018, it is hereby proclaimed that the Assignee/Bank with the assistance of the under mentioned Auctioneer.
