This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between The Boulder Company, 5501 N. 57th Street, Lincoln, NE 68507 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated January 30, 2017 executed under City Directorial Order No. 16486, and County Contract C-17-0023, dated January 24, 2017 for Annual Supply - Snowplow Nuts, Bolts and Washer, Quote No. 5527, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
