This Agreement, which is entered into as part of the Black Hills Low-Income CSG RFP Program, governs the relationship between Black Hills Energy and CSG SO, both on behalf of itself and as authorized agent for CSG Low-Income Subscribers (as defined in Section 1.18 below) and the CSG Owner (as defined in Section 1.13 below), with respect to the Photovoltaic Energy and associated Renewable Energy Credits (“RECs” (defined below)) generated by the community solar garden photovoltaic solar system (the “CSG PV System”) installed, or to be installed, at the location described in Exhibit A attached hereto, with a rated Direct Current (“DC”) nameplate capacity of kW.
