Any terms or conditions contained in any acknowledgment, purchase order, or other communication of Customer, which are inconsistent with, different from, or additional to, the terms and conditions of this Agreement, are hereby rejected. This Agreement expressly limits acceptance to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
