Pursuant to clause 10(a) of the Executive Council Act R.S.P.E.I. 1988, Cap. E-12 Council authorized the Minister of Communities, Land and Environment to enter into an agreement with the Government of Canada, as represented by the Minister of the Environment and Climate Change, for funding towards a project to conserve bobolink, for the period from the date of signing to March 31, 2018, such as more particularly described in the draft agreement.
