Conduct, and all other guidelines, regulations, payment schedules and instructions communicated to me in writing by ABN or BASS. I affirm that I am a member in good standing with B.A.S.S., I am physically fit and that there are no health related reasons or problems which preclude my participation in the Tournament Series.
