Welcome to Mississauga Piano Studios (hereafter “us” “we” “our” “MPS” or “Mississauga Piano Studios”), connecting students (“Students”) with independent contractor instruction providers (hereafter “Teacher”). The Teaching Agreement (the “Agreement” “Contract” “Teacher Contract”) binds you or the entity you represent (“you” or “your”) to the terms and conditions set forth herein. If you wish to use our services, you must read, comply with and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you object to anything in this Agreement, do not use our services. This Agreement is an electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms.
