This Class Action Settlement Agreement (hereinafter the “Settlement Agreement”) is made by and between Plaintiff, LARRISA M. SLOAN (“SLOAN” or “Class Representative”), individually and on behalf of the Class and Class Members (as those terms are defined below), on the one hand, and Defendant, MARINE CREDIT UNION (“MCU”), on the other hand, through their respective counsel.
