STREET INVADERS LIABILITY AGREEMENTLiability Agreement • May 9th, 2022
The undersigned does hereby give permission for our (my) youth: (“Participant”) to attend and participate in Street Invaders activities and events. We (I) recognize that our (my) youth will be in the care of the Street Invaders Leadership for the duration of the overnight Street Invaders program in the summer and during any online events through the year. Street Invaders Leadership refers to all adult (individuals 18 years of age or older) program volunteers and agents (collectively herein the “Street Invaders Leadership” team), who are deemed to have demonstrated a commitment to their faith and are vetted through United Youth Outreach standards. Street Invaders will ensure that all United Youth Outreach Protection Plan standards are maintained in both the training and mission portion of the program and for any online events.
