I/We have received, read and understood the terms, conditions and provisions relating to account opening and banking transactions. Also, I/We acknowledge that all the information contained in the account opening application as well in the document attached to this declaration is accurate and correct information. بهذا أقر بأن الأنظمة والقوانين لا تمنع من التعامل معي، وأن كافة المعلومات والبيانات التي أعطيتها دقيقة وصحيحة وموثوقة، وأنني قد استلمت و قرأت وفهمت الشروط والأحكام والنصوص الخاصة بفتح الحساب والتعاملات البنكية. وأشهد بأن كافة المعلومات الواردة في طلب فتح الحساب وحسب المستند المرفق إلى هذا الإقرار كما وفي طلب فتح الحساب/الحسابات هي معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة.
