Services provided: Agent agrees to advertise above property for rent. Show property to prospective tenants, check prospective tenant references and collect other background information on prospective tenants, as a request by the owner to secure a viable tenant for the said property. Agent will complete all said rental agreement paperwork if so deserved by the buyer. Agent will collect a security deposit and first month’s rent and any other fees requested by the owner but shall not hold any of the deposits. All deposits, advance rent, and any other fees will be turned over to the owner or authorized individual. Red Door Real Estate WNY will not be responsible for collecting any additional rent, or performing eviction.
