This Agreement is entered into this day of , 2014, by and between the City of Coconut Creek, Florida, hereinafter referred to as the "City" and the Broward County Police Benevolent Association, hereinafter referred to as the "PBA" or “Union,” for a bargaining unit consisting of the City’s police lieutenants. It is the purpose of this Agreement to establish an orderly and peaceful procedure for the settlement of differences which might arise between the parties and to conclude collective bargaining in the determination of wages, hours, and other conditions of employment.
