This Consulting Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into to be effective as of July 16, 2019 (“Effective Date”), by and between San Bernardino Valley Municipal Water District, a water district organized and existing under the California Municipal Water District Law of 1911 (“District”), and Moosa Creek, Inc. dba Moosa Creek Nursery, a California corporation (“Consultant”).
