This Amendment Number 1 (“Amendment”) is made on the date of execution of this Amendment by the County and amends Arlington County Agreement Number 16-249-ITB-LW, dated April 22, 2016 (“Agreement”), and made between Enviro-Stormwater Management, LLC, 2824 East Dorr Avenue, Fairfax, VA 22031 (“Contractor”), a Virginia Limited Liability Company authorized to transact business in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and the County Board of Arlington County, Virginia (“County”).
