This SensPlus User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) applies when the client (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) uses the SensPlus Note service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”) provided by Yokogawa Electric Corporation and its designated subsidiaries (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Yokogawa”). By using the Service, the Client is deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Yokogawa may change the Agreement as necessary. If Yokogawa makes important change, we will notify users through the Service site or other means so that the Client can review the contents before the changes become effective. If you do not accept the changes, you may cancel this service. If you use the Service after the change has been posted or notified, you are deemed to have agreed to the change in the Agreement.
