AGREEMENT FOR CONSULTANTS SERVICES BETWEENAgreement • September 3rd, 2010
The maximum amount of compensation to be paid to CONSULTANTS under this AGREEMENT, including both payment for professional services and reimbursable expenses, shall not exceed Six Hundred Thousand Dollars ($600,000.00) unless CITY exercises its option to extend the term of the AGREEMENT, in which case the maximum amount of compensation payable shall be increased to an amount not to exceed Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) as set forth in the Notice of Exercise of Option. Any hours worked for which payment would result in a total exceeding the maximum amount of compensation set forth herein shall be at no cost to CITY.
