This content access agreement is a legal agreement (this “Agreement”) between you (together with the business entity, if any, that you represent, “Operator”) and IDAir GmbH, with offices at Weg beim Jäger 193, Building 117, 22335 Hamburg, Germany (“IDAIR”), establishing terms and conditions under which Operator will access and use certain content made available by IDAIR under the terms of this Content Access Agreement. This Agreement shall govern any Orders (as defined herein) entered into between IDAIR and the Operator for such content. Capitalized terms used herein are defined in Section 9 hereof.
