The Lower Accokeek Sewer and Force Main Project (Project) required the acquisition of several easements in order to provide the land to construct the facilities. As landowners negotiated their agreements with the County, various considerations and demands were made as a condition of the purchase which are memorialized in formal signed easement purchase agreements. Some of the agreements required provisions to be added to the Contract to provide for the treatment of disturbed areas of the landowner’s property.. This appendix includes the paragraphs from the easement agreements which include specialized terms, and identifies the Stafford County Tax Map Parcel number to which the terms apply. Bidders shall review the specific language that pertains to each parcel to familiarize themselves with the parcels to sufficiently understand the work.
