THIS INTERLOCAL AGREEMENT, (“Agreement”) is made and entered into pursuant to the Interlocal Cooperation Act, Chapter 39.34 of the Revised Code of Washington, on this day of , 2021, by and between the PORT OF SEATTLE (“Port”), a Washington municipal corporation and the CITY OF SEATAC (“City”), a Washington municipal corporation, collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
