This Encroachment Agreement (“AGREEMENT”) is issued by the CITY OF EL PASO DE ROBLES, a California municipal corporation and general law city (“CITY”), to FAIR SKY PROPERTIES, a California General Partnership (“APPLICANT”). CITY and APPLICANT are sometimes hereinafter referred to individually as “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
