THIS PATHOLOGY SERVICES AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made this 12th day of November, 2010 (the “Effective Date”), by and among VERACYTE, INC., a California corporation (“Veracyte”), and BRAZOS VALLEY PATHOLOGY, P.A.
