CW3(b) (Non Trades) Mobile Crane Operator over 20 tonne and up to 40 tonnes CW3 Trades Level Carpenter CW5 Foreman 4.2 For employee on CW1 wanting to progress to CW2, the employee must have had 3 months continuous satisfactory employment and meet the skills requirement as detailed in Appendix C as assessed by the Production Foreman 5. RATES OF PAY 5.1 The rates of pay prescribed herein replace Clauses 18.1 (Rates of Pay),24.1 (Industry Allowance), 20.3 (Part III – Clauses 20.3.1 and 20.3.4 – Apprentices) of the National Building and Construction Industry Awards (NBCIA) 2000. 5.2 Except as provided in Clause 6 of this Agreement the basic pay structure detailed in Appendix A will apply for the life of this Agreement without variation. 5.3 Leading Hand Leading Hand rates shall be paid in accordance with Clause 18.4 of NBCIA. 5.4 Relationship to Parent Award The terms and conditions of this Agreement shall prevail over the provisions contained in the Parent Awar
