of the rule. The Employer agrees to only establish or amend work rules in a reasonable manner. For purposes of this Article, work rules are defined as and limited to rules promulgated by the Employer within its discretion which regulate the job related personal conduct of employees. Work rules shall not conflict with the terms of this Contract. Work rules shall be available, upon request, to bargaining unit employees. Upon request specified work rules will be provided to the Union.
