NetApp has identified in the “Payment” subsection, lines 704-714, language that we are taking exception to and are providing our alternative proposal in our supplementary terms and conditions. NetApp’s exception to this requirement is based upon the language Cisco Systems has in place on their Commerce Agreement for their existing ALJP2012 contract.
