This End User License Agreement entered into between the parties hereunder (collectively, this “Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you or any of your affiliates/licensing/selling/leasing and your respective officers, directors and employees (“Affiliates”) and WYTH Sagl, located at the address of 11 Viale Stefano Franscini, Lugano, TI, 6900 Switzerland and any Affiliate of the Company selling/leasing the Products and/or performing the related services on its behalf. This Agreement governs your acquisition and use of WYTH’s WYTH™ directly from WYTH Sagl or indirectly through an authorized reseller or distributor (a “Reseller”).
