Visiting Artist/Independent Contractor AgreementAgreement • November 3rd, 2017
This agreement (“Agreement”), made this 3rd day of November 2017, is by and between Alfred University (“University”) and the independent contractor stated below (“Artist”). Artist is to present a Comedy Performance on the University’s campus for an honorarium stated in Schedule A (“Financial Terms”). The scope of services by the Artist (the “Performance”) is more particularly set forth in Schedule B. In consideration of this agreement, Artist agrees as follows:
