This Amended and Restated Memorandum of Understanding ("MOU") that was entered into on the 15th day of September 2016, by and among the cities of Sutter Creek, Jackson, Ione, Amador City, and Plymouth (individually, a "City" and, collectively, the "Cities"), the County of Amador (the "County"), and the Amador County Transportation Commission ("ACTC") (all of which are herein collectively referred to as “Members”) is hereby amended to strengthen the MOU into a binding contract.
