This Super Bowl LVI Event Participant’s Assumption of Risk, Release and Waiver Agreement (the “Agreement”) is being entered in return for your and anyone on whose behalf you are registering (including any accompanying minors) (individually or all together referred to herein as “Participant”) being allowed to participate in and/or attend the National Football League and Los Angeles Super Bowl LVI Host Committee events and activities being conducted in connection with Super Bowl LVI, from February 5 – 13, 2022, including, without limitation, the Super Bowl Experience presented by Lowe’s and Super Bowl LVI game and related events (including, without limitation, the NFL Tailgate Party) (collectively, the “Activities”). This Agreement applies in addition to any other terms and conditions that apply to any of these specific events or activities.
