This deposit guarantees the puppy described below will not be sold to any other person other than the Buyer listed above. The remainder of the purchase price of $ is due by the time the puppy is eight weeks of age. Failure to pay the remaining balance will result in a forfeit of the deposit, and the puppy described below will be sold to the next person on our waiting list.
