This Addendum No. 1 (“Addendum”) is made and entered into effective as of the ____ day of ________________, 2020, as an addendum to the Standard Commercial/Industrial Building Lease dated _______________, 2020 (the “Lease”), between Hollingsworth Investments II, a Tennessee general partnership (“Lessor”), and Schwarze Industries, Inc., an Alabama corporation (“Lessee”), and Alamo Group Inc., a Texas corporation (“Guarantor”), for a 173,888 square foot building located at 5332 Endeavor Way, Tanner, Alabama 35671, being 12.371 +/- acres in the SouthPoint Business Park (collectively, the building and land shall be referred to as the “Premises”).
