THIS SOLAR POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of , 2024 (the “Contract Date”), by and between FAIRFAX COUNTY SCHOOL BOARD, the Virginia public body that governs Fairfax County Public Schools (“Purchaser”), and SUN TRIBE SOLAR, LLC, a Virginia limited liability company (“Seller”). Purchaser and Seller may each be referred to herein as the “Party”, or collectively as the “Parties”, as the usage of such term may require.
