This Settlement Agreement and Release (“Settlement Agreement” or “Agreement”) is entered into by and between Linda Glass (“Plaintiff”), individually and on behalf of Participating Settlement Class Members (as defined in Paragraph 35), and Defendants Generational Equity LLC and Generational Equity Group Inc., (“Defendants” or “Generational Equity”) (collectively with Plaintiff, the “Parties”), in the action Linda Glass v. Generational Equity LLC and Generational Equity Group Inc., DC-23-20315 (District Court of Dallas County, Texas, 298th Judicial District) (the “Action”) in order to effect a full and final settlement and dismissal with prejudice of all claims against Defendants alleged in the above-captioned litigation on the terms set forth below and to the full extent reflected herein. Capitalized terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in Section I of this Settlement Agreement.
