This Funds Transfer and Popmoney Agreement ("Agreement" or “Terms and Conditions”) is a contract that governs your ability to use an online money movement service provided to you by Bankwell Bank (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”), and our service provider, CashEdge Inc. ("Service Provider"). The Funds Transfer service allows you to transfer funds to or from your eligible Bankwell accounts and other accounts held by you at Bankwell and at other external U.S. financial institutions ("Accounts"), assuming that the transfer is permitted by the relevant financial institution and by law. The Popmoney service allows you to electronically send money to other people via their email address, mobile phone number or directly to their Account held at Bankwell or at other U.S. financial institutions.
