CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT: Issuance of an Award Document constitutes acceptance of this contract (the Contract) made by and between Marshall University (University or Marshall) and the Vendor. Vendor’s signature to the Contract signifies Vendor’s agreement to be bound by and accept the terms and conditions contained in the Contract.
