These conditions explain the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of all parties to this Agreement. Where we use the word “you” or “your” it means the Customer: “we”, “us” or “our” means TLC COMPANY in Oxford, as the circumstances require, TLC COMPANY or TLC Man and Van Oxford or TLC House Clearance Oxford and/or any of its subsidiaries with whom you are contracting. We recommend you arrange insurance to cover your goods and/or premises. We can arrange insurance for your benefit upon request, very importantly you must have this agreement in place. The insurance will be separate from this contract and subject to the terms and conditions of that policy. Your attention is drawn to Clauses 7, 8, 9, 10 and 11 which set out our liability to you for loss of or damage to goods and property.
