This document is intended to clarify the position of MCR members (as well as students in the third year of a four- year course intending to join the MCR) vis-à-vis the opportunities and events provided by the JCR that are available to them. It supersedes all previous agreements signed between the two parties. The following was agreed by the Presidents of both common rooms and applies in perpetuum with an annual opt-out or revision opportunity in June each year, coinciding with the end of the outgoing Presidents’ tenures.
