THIS AGREEMENT dated the day of April, 2021 is by and between the CITY OF STAMFORD, a municipal corporation organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of Connecticut with a principal place of business located at 888 Washington Boulevard, Stamford, Connecticut (hereinafter the “City”), acting herein by David R. Martin, its duly authorized Mayor, and WSP USA, INC., a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the State of New York, with a principal place of business located at One Penn Plaza, New York, NY 10119 (hereinafter the “Contractor”).
