This agreement (“Agreement”) between (“Contractor”) and Eversource Energy Service Company ("Owner") (together referred to as the “Parties” or individually as “Party”) shall be the complete agreement between the parties for the procurement of Contractor Services as in the SOW (“Services” or “Work”), to be incorporated in CT-EEB Consultants (“the Project”).
