An Institution that participates in the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Summer Food Service Program (SFSP) must meet SFSP requirements for meals that will be claimed for SFSP reimbursements, as specified in this contract. The sponsoring organization or site that enters into the contract will be referred to as the Institution. The supplier who enters into the contract with the Institution will be referred to as the Vendor.
