The Municipal Council and Malindi Residents Forum have agreed on a Memorandum of Understanding after negotiations between MRF Board, Town Clerk, Mayor, Senior Officers and Councillors.The MoU marks an important achievement in the history of citizen’s par- ticipation in Malindi and is the first such an agreement between a Lo- cal Authority in Kenya and a body representing citizens.
