IMPORTANT --- READ CAREFULLY: The products and services, including, without limitation, the websites, software, tools, digital advertising, and related content and services (referred to collectively as the "Services"), are made available by Sanctus, LLC, a limited liability company doing business as Shift Digital ("Shift Digital"), as part of the Mazda Dealer Digital Program for Mazda brand dealers. Although the Mazda Dealer Digital Program is sponsored by Mazda Motor of America Inc. doing business as Mazda North American Operations (“MNAO”), MNAO is not providing or otherwise responsible for the Services and is not a party to these Universal Terms and Conditions of Use and End User License Agreement (this “Agreement”). MNAO is a third party beneficiary of this Agreement as provided in Section 18, however, Shift Digital does not have the power or authority to bind MNAO through this Agreement or otherwise. This Agreement is a legal contract between you, the automotive dealer ("Dealer")
