This Agreement for the Allocation of Property Taxes in Lieu of Vehicle License Fees (“Agreement”), entered into on July , 2021 by and between the City of Parlier, a California municipal corporation (“City”) and the Fresno County Fire Protection District (“District”), a local fire protection district organized and existing as a California Special District under provisions of the Fire Protection District Law of 1987 (Health & Safety Code Section 13800 et seq.). The City and District may from time to time be collectively referred to within this Agreement as the “Parties” or individually as a “Party.”
