This Supplement (“Supplement”) to the Laserfiche End User Software License Agreement ("EULA"), the current version of which is attached as Exhibit A hereto and incorporated by reference herein, is made between Compulink Management Center, Inc., a California corporation doing business as Laserfiche ("Laserfiche"), and the City of Weatherford, Texas ("Licensee") as of February , 2022 (the “Effective Date”).
