This Agreement is by and between AB NameISP, a Swedish limited corporation ("Backend Service Provider"), the party, if any, other than the Backend Service Provider who makes the Shield Whois available to you ("Primary Service Provider;" Backend Service Provider and Primary Service Provider, if any, being together referred to herein as the "Service Providers"), your heirs, executors, administrators, agents, successors and assigns ("You," "Your," and other appropriate formatives).
