This Reseller’s agreement with (Name) is to sell the Replas and/or Trex® range within an agreed and designated territory and customer base. The agreement will be in place for a 2 year period. It will be renewed, depending on the Reseller’s ability to meet the requirements as set out in this agreement. There will be an initial trial period of 6 months in which you are able to demonstrate your capabilities and ability to represent our company. The agreement is non-exclusive.
