This Agreement (“Agreement”) is between Dialog Telecommunications, Inc. (“Dialog Telecommunications”) having an office at 5550 77 Center Drive, Suite 220, Charlotte, North Carolina and Windstream Kentucky East, LLC (“Windstream”) having an office at 4001 Rodney Parham Road, Little Rock, Arkansas, 72212, hereinafter referred to collectively as the “Parties”.
